MyWorkplace is Deutsche Telekom's central customer portal for enterprise

customers. It acts as a portal framework and control center for cloud and infrastructure services.


The integrated single sign-on(SSO) feature gives users continous access to more than 50 services. MyWorkplace provides the frontend for central role and rights management and forms a uniform frontend layer across various back-end systems.


The goal is a seamless customer journey: Services can be found, ordered, configured and managed consistently. The customer portal thus supports an efficient, uniform way of working, with short paths and powerful self-service functions.

One Portal For All Customer Services


An existing customer portal was completely replaced in order to reduce operating and development cost. Thanks to integration into MyWorkplace, Telekom customers now benefit from centralized access to all services, including modern self-service options, uniform operation, and significantly simplified administration.

A New Take On The Digital Experience


The original design of the portal dated back to 2000. The need for modernization was correspondingly great. In a user centered redesign, we completely revamped the look, branding, and navigation. The result is a modern user interface that reflects Telekom's corporate identity, is barrier free, and features clear user guidance.

Re-Architecture For Greater Flexibility


In order to meet the increasing demands for expansion, maintenance, and integration, MyWorkplace was converted from a monolithic structure to a modular architecture. Components can now be developed and combined independently. This has made the portal adaptable, future proof, and significantly more robust in operation.
