Since 2014, the competent AM GmbH team has been supporting the company's IT department with a user helpdesk. The AM experts are directly available to Winkelmann employees between 06:00 and 22:00.


Regular meetings on site in Ahlen were pushed from the very beginning. Best practice workshops with contact persons from both companies guarantee compliance with and optimisation of the high quality standards.

Support is provided via a ticket system and a support hotline. They ensure quick problem analyses and solutions. This can be done very conveniently and easily via remote support.
