Relaunch of the Wohnen 360° website
The real estate agent Wohnen 360° commissioned us with a redesign and rebranding. In addition to the logo, the structure and content of the website were also fundamentally revised. The goal was to increase the acceptance, image and long-term success of the company and the website.
The Success Story
Wohnen 360° specialises in helping people to realise their own homes. Services include the search for dream properties or plots of land, access to renowned architects and qualified developers, as well as advice on financing and subsidies.
In an initial consultation, the client's individual goals and wishes are determined and pursued in the further course. To get the maximum benefit and value out of the projects, Wohnen 360° works closely with architects and the building authority.
Financing is optimised through negotiations with over 250 banks and potential subsidies are examined. Finally, the company and its partners prepare a detailed exposé to enthuse investors and end customers for the building project while keeping an eye on cost efficiency.
