Access is via AM terminal servers. Fast and solution-oriented support is guaranteed around the clock in the agreed service window.

KGW's employees exclusively access the AM terminal servers in AM GmbH's highly secure data centres.

The old IT environment at KGW could be switched off. The provider change to a high-speed internet connection with on-site service optimises the work processes.

KGW Gerber Edelstähle GmbH deals with the trade and distribution of rust- and acid-resistant stainless steel sheets and strips.

In addition to the classic trade, the focus is also on service and the processing of stainless steel sheets. The delivery options have been expanded to include precision and spring steel strips, so that the company can now operate as a reliable and flexible service company.

For the necessary adaptation of the IT infrastructure to the challenges of digital workflows, KGW Gerber Edelstähle GmbH sought support and found it with the AM expert team.

Since January 2016, the IT infrastructure has been redesigned to make the technology future-proof.

The complete operation of the merchandise management systems was relocated to the AM data centres.

KGW employees benefit from secure access to the new AM terminal servers for their specific software applications. The AM experts are available quickly and competently via a ticket system and the support hotline.
