Web server: Configuration and consulting

Your online availability quickly determines success or failure - we make your web server fit!

Modern online presences and web applications are unthinkable without the use of web servers. The question is no longer "If?" but should be "How do I make my application available to the users?"

The choice and configuration of the right web server can have a significant impact not only on performance and security, but also on user experience. The loading time of your online shop often determines whether your customers complete the order or look at the next search result.

Online presence requires  web servers

Stability is out of the question, but the different servers on the market also have different strengths. Speed and flexibility are just some of the options. Around 40% of all web servers are operated with the open-source software Apache.

In addition to stability, Apache offers a high degree of flexibility and up-to-dateness. This is another reason why we rely on this software solution for many of our applications. Through various modules, the application can thus be adapted to your individual requirements.

In Windows server environments, we rely on the integrated Internet Information Server (IIS for short). As a Microsoft Gold Partner, we can competently support you not only in the configuration, but also in the choice of the right licences. Take advantage of our consulting for your project!

Apache Tomcat: Cluster operation and  load balancer

For professional Java applications, we use the Apache-Tomcat web server. However, if you can no longer manage with one server, we create a concept of several servers in cluster operation and load balancers adapted to your needs.

This not only increases the maximum number of customer requests that can be processed, but also ensures a smooth update process if a server is not available for updates.
